Terms of Service
Last updated 17 August 2026 · Effective on first use of the service
These terms are a contract between you and {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} ("we", "us"), the operator of ForexPro Terminal (the "Service"). By creating an account, paying a subscription fee, or using any part of the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The single most important term: the Service is software that publishes its own reading of the market. It is not investment advice, it does not place orders, and it does not manage money. Every trading decision, and every consequence of it, is yours. Please also read the Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
1. What the Service is — and is not
ForexPro Terminal analyses price data for Gold (XAUUSD) and Bitcoin (BTCUSD) against a fixed set of published technical rules, and outputs one of four verdicts — BUY, SELL, WAIT or NO_TRADE — together with the reasoning and the specific conditions that produced it. It also provides charts, market-structure overlays, a historical backtesting tool, a trade journal and risk-tracking calculators.
The Service does not:
- place, route, execute, modify or cancel any order with any broker or exchange — there is no order-execution capability in the product at all;
- hold, custody, receive or transmit your money, securities or digital assets;
- connect to your brokerage account or require your brokerage credentials;
- provide personalised investment advice, financial planning, or any recommendation that takes account of your objectives, financial situation or needs;
- act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, portfolio manager, or fiduciary of any kind.
Its output is general, impersonal information produced automatically by software applying technical-analysis rules to price data. It is not tailored to you, and nothing in it should be read as a recommendation that any transaction is suitable for you.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter a contract.
- You must be legally permitted to use a service of this kind, and to trade the instruments it covers, where you live. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit retail leveraged FX/CFD trading or crypto derivatives; it is your responsibility to know your own rules, not ours.
- You must not be subject to sanctions, or located in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions, under applicable law.
- You are using the Service for your own account, not as a professional adviser distributing its output to clients, unless we have agreed that in writing.
3. Your access credentials
Access is protected by credentials issued to you. Keep them secret; you are responsible for everything done through your access, including by anyone you share it with. Tell us promptly at reejan@reejangopan.me if you believe your credentials have been compromised. Access is granted to one person — sharing a subscription across multiple traders, desks or a group is a breach of these terms.
4. Subscription, billing and cancellation
- The Service is offered on a monthly subscription at USD 99 per month, unless a different price is agreed with you in writing.
- The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Prices exclude VAT, GST, sales tax and similar taxes, which are added where applicable.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect for you. If you do not accept a change, cancel before the next renewal.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for your own trading decisions. You may not:
- resell, republish, redistribute, syndicate, broadcast or otherwise make the signals or their reasoning available to anyone else, whether free or paid — including in signal groups, copy-trade services, Discord/Telegram channels, or newsletters;
- share, sublicense or transfer your access credentials;
- scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data beyond ordinary use of the interface and any API access we have expressly granted you;
- circumvent or interfere with rate limits, authentication, or any technical restriction;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the underlying strategy logic, except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable where you live;
- use the Service to build or train a competing product or model;
- attack, overload, probe or otherwise interfere with the Service's availability or security;
- use the Service unlawfully, including for market manipulation or in breach of your own regulatory obligations.
We may apply reasonable rate limits and technical safeguards, and may suspend access that threatens the stability or security of the Service.
6. Third-party market data
Price and market data are obtained from third-party sources. That data may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, revised or wrong, and providers may change or withdraw it without notice. We do not control it, do not guarantee it, and are not liable for it. Where a provider's own terms restrict redistribution of its data, those restrictions apply to you too.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, interfaces, strategy logic, documentation and output are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own trading while your subscription is current. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Content you enter yourself — journal notes, configuration, trade records — remains yours.
8. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
In particular, we do not warrant or represent that:
- any signal will be accurate, profitable, or suitable for you;
- the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
- any past, simulated or backtested result will be repeated;
- defects will be corrected within any particular time.
We publish no win rate and make no performance representation whatsoever. Any figure you generate using the built-in backtesting tool is a hypothetical simulated result produced from historical data with assumptions you chose, not a record of trading. See the Risk Disclosure.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that:
- We are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or business interruption, however arising, whether or not we were told such loss was possible.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service, on any basis whatsoever, is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
This allocation of risk is a fundamental basis of the bargain: the subscription price reflects it, and the Service would not be offered on other terms.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or of applicable law, including any claim brought by a third party to whom you redistributed the Service's output.
11. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails, if we are required to by law, or if continuing would expose us or other users to material risk. We may also discontinue the Service entirely on reasonable notice; if we do so mid-period, we will refund the unused portion of your current period. Sections 6 to 10, and any term that by its nature should survive, survive termination.
12. Changes to the Service and to these terms
The Service evolves; features, strategies, thresholds and data sources may change, and signals produced by a future version may differ from those produced today. We may amend these terms — for material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the product, and continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept them. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}, and the courts of {{JURISDICTION}} have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most issues are resolved far faster that way.
14. General
- Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a term once does not waive it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or sale of the business.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including exchange or data-provider outages, network failures, and acts of government.
