Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 17 August 2026
ForexPro Terminal is a monthly subscription at USD 99. There is no minimum term, no lock-in and no cancellation fee. This page sets out exactly how cancelling and refunds work.
1. How billing works
- You are charged USD 99 when you subscribe, and again on the same day each month until you cancel.
- Applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is added at checkout where required.
- A receipt is issued for every charge.
- We give at least 30 days' notice before any price change affects you.
2. How to cancel
Cancel from your account settings, or email reejan@reejangopan.me from the address on your subscription. We will confirm in writing.
Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for — you are not cut off the moment you cancel, and there is nothing to time carefully.
3. When we refund
Because access is granted immediately and the Service is delivered in full from day one, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You keep access for the period you paid for. That said, we will refund in these cases:
- Duplicate or mistaken charge — refunded in full, always.
- You were charged after cancelling — refunded in full.
- A prolonged outage that left the Service materially unusable for a significant part of a billing period — refunded pro rata.
- We discontinue the Service mid-period — the unused portion is refunded.
- Your statutory rights require it, including the withdrawal right in section 4.
Beyond those, if something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us and explain. We would rather resolve it directly than have you file a chargeback.
What is not a ground for refund: losing money on a trade, or being dissatisfied with signal performance. The Service publishes no win rate and makes no performance promise of any kind — see the Risk Disclosure — so trading results are not a defect in what you bought. Every trading decision is yours.
4. Consumers in the EU and UK: your 14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for any reason.
Because this is digital content supplied immediately, the checkout asks you to consent to starting straight away and to acknowledge that doing so ends your withdrawal right once supply has begun. If you gave that consent and used the Service, the right no longer applies. If you did not, or the Service was not supplied, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund by emailing us — no reason required.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We process them within 5 business days of approval; how long the money then takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer, typically a further 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are made in the original currency — if your bank converted it, the amount you receive may differ slightly because of exchange-rate movement, which is outside our control.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback freezes the amount for weeks and costs both of us more than an email would. We may suspend access while a dispute is open, and may decline future subscriptions from an account that has charged back a legitimate payment.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal fails we will retry and let you know. If it remains unpaid, access is suspended, and after 30 days the subscription is cancelled. Your data is retained for 90 days after that, so resubscribing within that window restores everything.
